- Fast Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, arrives in 10-15 days after dispatch
- Free Economy Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, arrives in 15-25 days after dispatch
How long does order processing take?
Our warehouse elves work their magic within 1-2 business days to prepare your package with care.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Both shipping methods include tracking. You’ll receive an email when your magic box begins its journey to your castle.
Returns & Exchanges

For items that arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping. For other returns, the cost is like a small spell – it’s on you.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method’s magic.

Do you offer design advice for kid’s rooms?
While we’re experts in magical products, for full design consultations we recommend partnering with a local fairy godmother (aka interior designer). However, our products are designed to work together beautifully!
