We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Your satisfaction is more precious to us than a dragon’s golden egg!
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Step 1: Contact Our Elves
Send an owl (email) to [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Wait for Instructions
Our customer care elves will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and any needed labels.
Step 3: Pack and Ship
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging (if possible) and include all tags and accessories. Ship to:

Refund Information
Once we receive your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Note: International refunds may take additional time to process depending on your bank.
Exchange Information
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
- You’ll be responsible for shipping costs for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
Special Considerations
To keep our kingdom safe, we cannot accept returns of:
- Personalized or custom-made items (enchanted with your child’s name or special requests)
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Used or damaged items (unless they arrived that way)
Damaged or Wrong Items?
If your magical package arrived with broken wings (damaged) or contains the wrong item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement faster than a fairy can flutter!
