Shipping Information

🛍️ Order Processing: Our workshop elves need 1-2 business days to carefully prepare your magical items for their journey.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping (12.95 USD):
    Carried by our trusted dragon partners (DHL or FedEx)
    Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping (Orders over 50 USD):
    Delivered by our fairy mail service (EMS)
    Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: Some remote areas in Asia and other regions might be excluded from delivery. Our map-reading owls will let you know if we can’t deliver to your kingdom.

Returns & Exchanges

We want every item to be as perfect as a fairy tale ending! If something isn’t right, our friendly elves are ready to help.

Return Window: 15 days from when your package arrives at your castle

The Enchanted Return Process:

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International refunds may take additional time depending on your bank

Exchange Information

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
  • You’ll be responsible for shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

Items That Can’t Return to Our Kingdom

To keep our magical inventory safe, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Personalized or custom-made items (enchanted with your child’s name or special requests)
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Used or damaged items (unless they arrived that way)
